What customers say?

“ My weekly treat of dry wanton or prawn dumpling noodles stall. Their wantons are juicy and tasty loaded with well-flavoured tender meat mixed with jicama crunch. Prawn dumplings have a whole prawn wrapped in juicy meat and crunchy sweet jicama bits. Their chilli mix gives a spicy kick to their “QQ” wanton noodles. One can request for dark sauce chilli noodles or lard bits similar to those found in Wanton stalls in KL, Ipoh or JB. Expect long queues during breakfast time slot. Closes around noon. They have another stall at Blk 216 Bedok North market. ”

“ Stall in a hawker’s center. The dish was fabulously delicious with the right amount of sauce and the wantons were fairly large, tasteful and generous in fillings. The soup was flavourful and pleasantly light. Service was very welcoming and friendly. Had a small portion today but will definitely get the upsize the next time. ”

“ Absolutely devoured my large 水饺面! Not sure why the reviews are generally bad but I really enjoyed my noodles. For a large size I got 6 huge dumplings, each with flavorful minced pork and a whole prawn. Noodles were also springy (quite spicy though), vegetables were not bitter and still had some crunch to them. Highly recommended! ”

“ Very qq old school authentic wanton mee. Can request black or tomato or spicy. This stall open on mondays but closed on tuesdays and wenesdays (confirmed). Need to have luck before can eat. If stall is open, always long queue. Big portion. $4 or $5. Wantons are big and fresh and plump. There is no bad and or weird taste or smell. Can eat, can buy. No regrets. Small and humble shop! ”

- CK Melody -

“ A delicious plate of noodles. Springy noodles with a chilli sauce that has a nice spiciness. Wantons are well stuffed with pork fillings. The dumplings offer an upgrade with water chestnuts and a shrimp, seems like these were just wrapped in the regular pork fillings without being actually mixed in so the flavors don't really gel. Minor issue. Char siew was typical cardboard like. Still an above average wanton noodle. ”

“ Noodles are springy, right amount of seasoning and chilli has a slight kick and if you like things spicy, ask for more chili. ”

- Cheshire CL -

“ This is the best old school wanton mee. Noodles are springy and the wanton is delicious. You see the lady "messing" with the noodles because they need to be separated from the flour in order to have that Q texture when cooked. ”

- Kenneth Boh -

“ Absolutely delicious! The wonton noodles were perfectly springy, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting. The wontons were packed with juicy shrimp and pork, and every bite was satisfying. Fast service, friendly staff, and great prices—definitely my new go-to spot for a comforting bowl of noodles!!!! ”
